Can I transfer our children's name to our property title?

As in add them to it?
Why?

You can BUT .... it can be undone depending on why it was done. Attempting to evade creditors or an ex will likely mean the transaction can be unwound.

Just as attempting to manipulate your assets for the purposes of, say, the Age Pension or access to Aged Care, may not end well either.
