My fil and mil stayed with us. During which time they aggressively asked where my valuables were. I told them that they were in safe keeping In a bank.

During their stay they carried laden bags with them out of my house, on a regular basis, which I noticed but thought nothing of, and my neighbours noticed too. I never thought twice about it. However once they had left I noticed many things had disappeared. Some of which turned up in locals houses. These locals said they had purchased them at the op shop.

The op shop says mil and fil were there often but did not comment on whether or not they brought things in.

Some items missing I have not found. Some are very valuable.

I was unable to claim on house insurance as have since moved.

A family friend said that this is a recurrent theme for fil and mil.

Added to which they don't like me. My husband says they don't want to welcome me (his explanation of their deed)

I will never get any of my belongings back, some heirlooms.

They will obviously deny everything as they are holier than thou.

What can I do? I cant prove anything.

What do I do?
