Hi,

October 2012, I went to court for the charge "theft as a servant", the Judge handed down no conviction with a 2 month suspended sentence for 2 years. I plead guilty, very dark time in my life,

Now nearly 5 years later, would any of that affect my applying for jobs etc that seek a criminal history check, my understanding was because no conviction was recorded there would be no issue, I'm just really unsure.

I thank you all in advance for your help in this matter

Kind regards
