I am under an enterprise agreement and have been suspended for serious misconduct. I have been there 12 years and if this can be proven, I could lose my long service leave. The other thing is, I had been diagnosed with work related acute depression and anxiety before all this happened, and had been on sick leave.

My first day back, I was taken into office and given a suspension letter and told to leave the building. They sent a courier to my home tonight with the allegations and want to meet with me Monday Dec 21st for me to answer these allegations and at this time, I am not up to this. Can I send them a medical certificate to get out of this meeting and to give me some time for all this to sink in or not?
