I am a subtenant, just wondering what rights I have. The subleasor is very particular and has lots of rules- when I questioned one of them she brought up the fact that she is the sublettor so this is her house, her rules and I don't really have a say in anything. And that I am only subletting the room so i just have access to the other communal areas. We are paying the same amount of rent, I just don't see how this is fair and as a sub tenant do I have any prtoection over her kicking me out? I live in QLD. Thanks
