I recently signed up to eharmony, I thought I was signing up to a no lock in contract as I read through the terms and conditions and made sure it was a cancel at anytime. It turns out that it is a 12 month contract. I no longer need the subscription as I’ve met someone. Eharmony don’t seem to have an exit clause for this situation, which seems suspicious. Is there anyway I can get out of this. Eharmony have been unhelpful so far.
