We are closing a retail shop and yet there is still 18 months left on the landline service. As we won't be in the store anymore, must we continue paying for a phone service that no-one will be using?
Commander are telling us we have to continue paying for the contract, even though now line will not be used, no calls will be made. Surely you cannot be asked to pay for a service that won't be provided under Australian Consumer Law?
