Hi and thanks in advance for any advice provided.

I'm starting a comparison website to compare businesses. It will compare the services they provide and the cost. Can I use information obtained from their website and have a link to their site without their permission (privacy)? If there are legal issues what type of lawyer deals with these?

I don't think privacy is an issue, but defamation might be.
You'd need to see a commercial lawyer.
