Stair gate does anyone know what I can do ?

Hello I was wondering if anyone new this rule .
I took on the Queensland Government and beat them in court took 10 years of my life as they broke healthy safety laws .!!
Well judge ordered 3 things
Pay me within 30 days
Pay cost
I won indemnity.!
My lawyer paid the costs he took 118.000.00
Out of the trust account.!
Now 6 months later the Government won't give it back .!
Promptly why should I be spotting them a loan ?
I got so mad found the Government lawyer email and asked her !!
I said will talk to the media .!
Government reply I am harassing threaten me with the cops but won't cut a cheque and give it back .!!
Now 7 months down I still getting screwed around .!!
How do I make them refunded it !
They gave in 1 hand and took it part back not fair .!!
What can I do to get it back the Government made threats if I talk .!!

This is completely not my area, but you may find that you need to make a costs application through the court. Contact your lawyer and ask them.
