Good news. Did they say why it was withdrawn?

Hi,

If you read my first post, I passed the traffic lights and came to a full stop at and before the 3rd white line on the ground. It was raining heavily and to stop while riding a scooter it takes longer than sunny days, so it was out of my control. these were the basis of my argument and they saw the video and saw that I came to a full stop and did not go past the crossing.

Ta for the update.

I did read your 1st post, just wasn't clear if that was why they withdrew the infringement.
