NSW Separation - Ex Partner Wants to Move Back in?

Hi. 5 years ago my ex-partner cheated on me and moved out of our home (separation). Now he wants to move back in with his girlfriend. We are not divorced and the house is a kit home at the back of his parent's property. It's complicated, I know but can I legally prevent him from moving back in?

That's correct. We both own the kit home outright.
