Selling Breathalyser

I'm wanting to create an online business selling breathalysers, how do I state that they are for personal recreational use only, and keep myself from being help liable for the accuracy of the results given if I'm ever put into that situation? The are cheaper imported products, but I do see other large businesses selling them too. Thanks

I agree with Tim. A generic product in this kind of category could open you up to all sorts of trouble if it doesn't meet (what I think in this case would be very strict) standards.
