I have submitted my financial disclosure for property settlement for the upcoming mediation .my questions relate to the situation in the case if mediation doesn't come to an agreement and it goes to a trial .
1. Do i have to resubmit my financials for the court trial day?
2. Can and will I be expected to submit evidence ( evidence that I have paid 99% of her living costs throughout the whole relationship ) and can I get witnesses to help out my trial outcome on the day ?
