Hi guys, I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I want to make certain I do.
Ex partner is going to apply for bail, hes been on remand for approx 6 months, but the person he wants to reside with is on current drug charges. Minor charges but there are 5 of them. Would he be allowed to reside with this person while on bail?
Would he be allowed to reside with someone who's one month from finishing a suspended sentence?
