My best friend is on a 2 year suspended sentence ( it was supposed to have finished in October )
He recently got caught by police and charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle
He also had other charges waiting to be heard in mag court
two breaches of dvo ( that has been moved to district )
Breach of probation
Minor drug charges
He committed the unlawful use of vehicle on bail. He got bail to a rehab for 8 months.
Can someone tell me, regardless will the two year suspended be activated???
