Hi my name is michelle and i just want to ask some question today. I used to stayed with my friend before for one or two months and we didn’t sign any contract at all she doesn’t tell me I need to pay or something like that and now that I have moved I want to take back all my stuffs and she suddenly said I need to pay only I can get my stuffs back or else she’s not giving them back to me what can I do right now? Can I sue her for holding my things and not giving me back and also threatening me to pay her?
