I want to ask that what are the remedies for:

-Breach of constitution and replaceable rules?
Is it only count as a breach of contract? How should we sue?

-Violation of a specific section in Corporations Act 2001,

for example, what happens when a small proprietary company (who use a combination of replaceable rules in Corporations Act 2001 and their constitution to govern the company) refuses to reveal its books and records despite the given direction, following sect 293, of a shareholder with more than 5% shares. How should the shareholder sue the company? What are the remedies? Is it in this case, failure to comply with the constitution considered oppressive?
