I held an owners corporation meeting at my house as there was no official owners corporation set up yet, and one member recorded the conversation without consent of anybody or anybody having knowledge of this. Is this legal, and with an official owners corporation being set up, and the recordings continue without anybody's knowledge is this legal? If this is not legal, what can I do?

I am not sure that it is specifically 'illegal' as such? But i am quite certain they cannot publicize the video or use it as evidence in court. So they are pretty much just wasting their time doing it.

You may want to go on record to a relevant authority stating that you do not authorize the recording.... later on they may try to say you all agreed, who knows?

Or you could do your own official recording of each meeting that everyone agreed to?
