if an owners corporation has a manager. And the manager conducts a general meeting via ZOOM, who owns the recording of th meeting.
And if the manager destroys the recording, what can be done. Can an owner request a copy of the recording

The recording is the property of the OC. The manager should not destroy it, however there is no obligation to retain it once minutes have been produced unless instructed to retain it by the OC.

I agree. Both property rights and copyright vest with the OC.
People sometimes forget the manager is the servant of the OC.
