I am a 75 year old Australian pensioner needing a Will. If the QLD Public Trustee make my Will but I have a family member as Executor instead of the Public Trustee does the Public Trustee have any claim for fees or charges of any kind after my death?

Hi Dean,
yes, all public trustees do charge fees

Moreover, they will likely insist on being made executors

I would suggest spending the extra and paying a solicitor to draft a will

It will cost less in the end

QLD Public Trustee do not have a good reputation for executing wills.

There is a lot of... consumer dissatisfaction...
with the Queensland Public Trustee.
Take yourself to a solicitor.
It's one of the few things you can do now,
to smooth the future path for others,
at what can be a most difficult time.

I was just scrolling through an Aussie gaming group on Reddit when someone mentioned a platform with top-tier user security. Since I've been burned by dodgy sites in Australia before, I am always cautious. Decided to sign up on fafabet9 australia to see if the hype was real. The verification process was surprisingly quick, and I spent my evening exploring their extensive sportsbook. The odds on the local rugby matches were much better than what my usual bookie offers, so I am definitely planning to stick around for the rest of the season.
