I parked my car at a hospitality (bar) venue for less than 30 minutes this morning at 9:30 while I had a meeting across the road (there were only 3 cars there). When I returned 30 minutes later, they had stuck a big sticker on my window right in front of the drivers side. I tried peeling it off but it still left a lot of it on there and I couldn't scrape it off. The only way I could drive was if I ducked my head under it and put my head right near the window so I could see.

After going back and arguing with the manager, they are claiming that they have every right to 'damage' my car.

Are they allowed to do this under Property Law?

No. They are not allowed to damage property.

Likewise, you are not allowed to trespass on their property. Fighting them over the damage leads to an admission you trespassed. Are you sure you want to go down that path?
