I signed an agreement with a property investment advisor to purchase a property in Shepparton based on a written rental guarantee. The house keys were collected by LJ Hooker on 17/11/14 and tenants moved in on 12/12/14. The investment advisor I expect owes me money based on the rate of $300 per week for 23 days i.e. approximately $976.50. What can I do?

Hi Douglas,

Why do you "expect" they owe you the difference of rent value between the settlement date and the date the tenants moved in?
I suggest you carefully read the agreement you signed with your property investment advisor because that will specify terms such as what obligations they have to you regarding promptness of tenants moving in and paying rent.
