dont expect much from this forum, the people that can help are only here to fish for clients $.

professional standards command, pretty much are police that investigate themselves. you will find plenty evidence online about how fair people think they are with investigation outcomes.
there a point to make the complaint, to make the record on the system. even if nothing comes of it. it exists maybe to help the next person.
if you are looking for something more, you may want to try talk to a police accountability lawyer.

what is an unlawful arrest? police have a tool box full of loop holes to suit the agenda they have, and cover them in these cases. it all comes down to the details and what you can prove with out doubt, and then what?
if you want your private details, like prints, pictures etc removed form the system thats another issue to look into, like what the rules are, but they may just say you consented so they could, you are not dealing with a level playing field.

i would expect someone made a report to police, that would be on file. there may be something in that amounting to making a false complaint.
Thank you Lara.. You're pretty much the only person who is willing to help. I agree, this forum is primarily here to fish for $. Thanks for your input and help. I really appreciate it.

Hey, I’ve seen this kind of thing happen before. You’re right , making a complaint to Professional Standards Command can feel like police checking on other police, so it doesn’t always lead to real action unless there’s strong evidence. Someone I know had a similar issue and got nowhere with PSC. They ended up talking to a lawyer who really understood police conduct cases. A firm like Marcellus Law helped them understand their rights and whether it was worth taking it further. Might be a good idea to speak to someone like that. Even just for advice, it can really help. Hope it all works out for you.

And it's quite clear what the answer is:
"It all depends on what you claim they did, and what evidence you have that tends to prove it"

Such a simple answer.

It's settled law that Victoria Police have a (conditional)Geometry Dash to stop and search people.
That you in particular might have a problem
with being stopped and spoken to by police
doesn't change that.
Right, so the core point is that the legality of a police stop and search really boils down to the specific details of the situation: what the police said you did, and what evidence they have to back that up. And regardless of personal feelings about police interactions, the fact remains that Victoria Police do have the legal authority to stop and search people under certain conditions.

Nothing to do with the stock and search. Where did you get that from?
