Terms and condition between a client and its retailer under Australian Consumer Law, I'm looking for a precedent that prevents what retailers say about the client on their websites.

I'm not sure I understand your query entirely here. What sort of client would this be? And in what circumstances would a retailer be talking about their client on a website?
