My ex partner tricked me into signing a power of attorney. I had been mentally ill but was still functioning ok. She used it to sell the house and cheat me out of money. I found out later how she was able to sell the house without me signing anything and I obtained a copy of the power of attorney form from Landgate. I would like to talk to a lawyer and get advice about this as I think she has committed fraud. She is also not letting me see my son. I have been through mediation for child custody and would also like advise on this matter too.
