Then what would be the best way to remove burden of the easement?

The best way to remove the burden of the easement (apparently) is to be an electricity company with your own set of rules and say to people "the lease of easement is irrelevant, so do whatever what we say"

The Dominate title holder ( electricity company) has to agree to the easement being extinguished.

there is normally zero chance of a utility company letting that happen.

Or your could offer $$$ to buy the easement out, but that won't work either as it's a safety issue for the electricity company to have the easement in place.
