QLD Possession of 4MD caps

Hey guys over the weekend i was caught with possession of 4 MD caps and have court this month. This is my first offence and ive never been to court before. Whats going to happen. What do i need to do..

2. Yes, this is serious.
3. No, the fact that your mate's housemate's cousin
got a bond last summer doesn't mean anything.
4. Hire a lawyer. Yes, it will cost money.

To everything Tim said: yes.

Add in there that the nature of the charge against you will greatly affect what you're looking at. Possession is one thing. If they believe you were intending to supply drugs to someone else (or worse), you could be looking at something much bigger. As Tim said, hire a lawyer. This will be one of the very first things they find out.
