If you ask for a review of a council parking fine - how long do they have to respond, before the matter becomes void?
I remember reading an article here a couple of years ago that if they didn't respond within 60 or 90 days, your fine gets cancelled...
Does anyone know the exact rule for Melbourne please?
It was a parking fine on the street, council fine.
