I have recently found out my mother died last year. She was a widower and has two children, myself being the oldest son. How can I view her will and determine if myself or my brother are benificaries. Does the fact that some time has passed alter matters. Thank you for any help you are able to give.

Did she even have a will? Do you speak to your brother - what has he done about it? If anything has been done to get Probate the will would have been filed with the Court.
If there is no will then someone has to apply to the court to administer her rstate, if she has one.
