Hi,

I have been living in Australia since 2014, working full time, paying tax etc. So I live here.
We applied for PR, I got pregnant. We are expecting to get PR before I deliver the child. There is 2 years waiting period to get parenteral leave paid, however it says FOR NEWLY ARRIVED MIGRANTS. Not sure does this applies in my case because I am not quite a newly arrived migrant, however I will not have 2 years on a PR visa at the time of childbirth.
Thank You
