QLD Paid for services did not recieve invoice.

I paid a bond cleaner to clean my house. I paid a sum of $680 which she asked for upfront. I need the invoice to hand to real estate. I have emailed asking for it she is ignoring all my calls. I have given her every contact detail theres no reason why she cannot contact me. What are my rights regarding paying for a service then not recieving the invoice?

I'll assume this a reputable, registered for GST business. You are required to be provided with a tax invoice, and they must provide one within 28 days of request.

If you've got a quote and evidence of payment (ie EFT receipt or similar), this might satisfy the agent if you explain you haven't been provided with a tax invoice.
