Hi guys,

I want to get clarification on some purchases made on zoxoro.com. I purchased some items online for a cheap advertised price, payment made, processed and I received the order confirmation, as well as a tracking number for my items. I was happy to find such a bargain, only to have an email sent by the website with no explanation but informing me that they intend to cancel the orders and give me a refund.

I am really upset and don't believe this is right. I read online somewhere that states once a retailer has accepted your payment and processed your order, it cannot be cancelled, refused or haggled, etc, which is exactly what they are doing. What can I do under Australian Consumer Law to ensure my orders are honoured? .

I do not want a refund, I have not agreed or consented.

These items were to be Christmas presents, too....I'm really not impressed.

Reality check - they couldn't supply and gave you your money back.

Have a look at Section 6 of their T&Cs.
