I received a notice to Show Cause by the RMS for failing to nominate a person responsible for driving in a camera detected driving offence. I need to respond within 21 days from the date of the notice. Date of the notice is 14 Oct 2024.
RMS intends to suspend my rego for a period of 3 months. The vehicle is registered under a Company.
