About five years ago I received an infringement notice for being drunk in a public place. I didn’t go to court, I just paid the fine. The police kept me in custody for a few hours, until I was sober enough to say where I lived. They delivered me the fine on the spot.
Will this incident show up on a national police check? Or will I be ok because it didn’t go to court?
