My mother bought a house using her money. Her ex partner is on the title. He broke up with her and has paid no money towards her or the house in over Ten Years.
She lives in WA. Can we remove him from the Title?

Hi Nevah. As the ex partner is the registered proprietor of a legal interest I don’t think you can just get him removed at least without his agreement. Would he agree do you know? Otherwise a court application may be necessary which on the facts as you have described, should succeed. Hope that helps you.
