WA My Ex is stalling settlement.

We have agreed on a settlement amount, but he is stalling going to a person who will finish the paperwork and sign off on it. Is there a way i can get this moving? I have until June next yr as we will have been divorce for 12mths by then. Can a lawyer make this happen or not?

Through a lawyer writing it up and we sign off on it. Not consent order.

I have seen a lawyer but don't have one. He doesn't. That i know of anyway. We were going to see one to get it written up but he just wont set a date or appointment. Should i just go and do it and then go from there or will i just be wasting money.

Well if you don’t have lawyers then you should make sure the agreement is written properly.
