I have just discovered that the story of a friend of mine that was abducted years ago has been published by a crime writer and has been selling for a few years now and I had no idea it even existed. My part in the story is included and my full name used. I am not comfortable about this at all and I was never consulted or gave permission for me to be a part of this book. What are my rights under Australian Law regarding this situation?
