I have found an image that has been used by The Daily Mail to have been taken from my Facebook.

My question is even though this is a Public Image I did not consent or give any authority or permission to anyone to use my photos and furthermore publish them in regards to a story.

In addition to this I am in court with someone in relation to a criminal matter and my face has already been splashed before my trial.

I also know that this picture of me has been used by multiple news outlets.

I was under the assumption that permission would have been required but no one has asked me anything and it's already been published.

What should I do about this and has anyone got any information to tell me which way we go?
