Hi my name is Paehzaan I am a Muslim Indian, I had Muslim marriage in India. Five years ago my wife gave me "KULLA" which is part of Muslim divorce. In the KULLA she has given the custody of kids to me. From last 3 years I am leaving in Australia alone my kids are studying in India with a family friend. We both did not applied for Indian Court Decree. So is the Muslim divorce is recognised in Australia. If not can I file showing those documents. Since my wife is in India. Please let me Know
