VIC Mistakes in Divorce Application - What to Do?

Hi,

I have just received an Application for Divorce from my ex-husband's Solicitors, and I found a couple of mistakes in it. They typed the wrong date for the "Final Property Settlement Orders" (which were finalised a while ago). And the other mistake is that they typed the wrong Occupation for me.

What should I do about this please?

In this form, you can disagree with the information provided in the application for divorce. You can also request the divorce application be dismissed, but there are very limited circumstances in which a divorce application will be dismissed.
