Hi, my divorce court day is this Tuesday in which I do not need to attend. Can I look it up on line and if so where?

I didnt think you could get divorced without a property settlement. I would have thought the ex would have responded by solicitor to include a settlement... is this way common? I did a sole application.

divorce is a technicality. it just means both parties can re-marry if they choose. Asset division is a whole other issue. BUT you need to know that asset division needs to be done within 12 months of divorce. So the clock is ticking... It can be done after 12 months but you need special permission from the court and a darn good excuse
