Hi,

My license was disqualified on July of 2015 for driving whilst disqualified however I have been done for the same thing prior. In total i have been caught driving without a license 3 times between 2013 to 2015. The magistrate has given me a total of 8 years of disqualification.

My question is, is it possible to appeal this given that over 2 years have passed and if so how? I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks.

nope - My understanding is to appeal you would have to be able to demonstrate that the original magistrate that gave you the 8 yr sentence had made an error in the way he went about making his decision...

Given that you were a repeat offender from 2013-2015 I reckon 8 yrs seems on the money...
Lesson learnt?

Nope. Not a chance.
You're probably out of time for making an appeal anyway.
