As an administrator on facebook of a friendship or dating group, is there any legal responsibility that can be held over the admin for problems that group members face under Australian Law?
I think if there is some kind of defamatory material which you were aware of as administrator and failed to remove it, its possible you could be co-liable as publisher of the defamatory material.
