I’m wishing to know how much do you have to earn to get
legal aid? I am paying my house off.
Legal aid doesn't simply look at what you earn. They have a means test which take into account your income and assets. The means test is only one of the eligibility requirements to get legal aid. Here is a link to the means test calaculator: Ïlegal-help/applying-for-legal-aid/means-test-indicator
Legal aid will also take into account what you want legal assistance for and if you are likely to win your case (called a merit test). There are also other tests.
