Wife doesn't have a family lawyer due to funds. She doesn't qualify for legal aid due to assets being more than the legal aid NSW threshold. She also doesn't agree with the parenting plan (custody of children) etc.
Family dispute resolution will be your best bet, but if this has already occurred and you're still at a stalemate, self-representation is an option. Is it your wife against you, or against a former spouse?
Well, you can still bring an initiating application for parenting and property orders, even if she is not represented. She may have no choice but to work harder to reach agreement with you or self-represent.
