My son lives in his father's house but his father does not live there his Dad wants him out and for no other reason than spite so he took my son too crt after 18mths his father won and my son was told to move by the 6/11/2020 my son packed his belongings and proceeded to vacate but his own house was being lived in by his father's freind who wouldn't leave so his father said you can stay in my house for another few weeks.So does this make the original court decision non in void or where does my son stand legally?His father wants him out by the 26/11/2020!
