im in court for an aggravated assault i have commited assault before will the judge have a record of this when deciding what to do with me when it comes to sentencing i only got jailed for two weeks and then released on a good behaviour bond which i did,nt break when i was 21 and have not been to court for anything since then which was 13 years ago

thankyou for your reply tim also would you know what the likely outcome for me would be if i plead guilty cause i have stayed out of trouble for a while and that i suffer from schizophrenia

I don't know enough about you, or your history, or the facts, or the details of the offence to be able to guess on a penalty.
If schitzophrenia is in play, start thinking about obtaining medical reports etc.
Any paperwork you have that talks about your disease, you should provide to your solicitor.
