my business failed bank deciding on what to do i have smaller debts which are going to debt collector i only get the pension and have no assets reading what i can it seems i am Judgement proof if so what happens if the sherriff comes to seize property my partner stays with me part time and has some of her things there my property is very basic how would i prove to the sherriff i am judgement proof also i have a personal accident claim can they take that when and if it ever arrives small amount do i need a lawyer ?
