I am 1 of 3 joint executors. One of us has renounced their Executorship as they live overseas. I am doing all of the deceased estate matters. I have asked my other sibling to sign the probate form, sign the bank release forms etc. they live in another state. Unfortunately we do not have any kind of amicable relationship. The funeral was 3 weeks ago and my sibling refuses to communicate with me, or return the signed probate form etc. I’m also trying to sell my mums house.

Can I apply for probate without his signature? What is my best course of action?

Thanks
