What happens or what is the process for witness affidavits to be admitted? do they have to come to Australia to be cross examined, can it be by video or phone link, is it possible for the affidavits to support the evidence if they come from various sources all saying that xyz is true and that is because of their first hand knowledge which is explained in brief, or do they HAVE to be available in the country for the trial?
